Default Work permit + running a company oversea

Hi,

I'm currently working in Canada under a work permit connected to my employer.

I'm planing to incorporate a company in UK and run it on my spear time.

Do you think this would be a problem due to my work permit status?

I think there should be no problem since it would be an English company and not Canadian. In addition I have a European passport that allow me to work and live in any European countries.

Anyway I wanted to check here with people that know more then me about the limitation of a Canadian work permit.

Thanks a lot for your help.
JB
