Default Work experience: is the following position description OK?

My employer is preparing the reference letter (U.S. employer, Buffalo
application). Is the description of responsibilities below enough, or is
more information needed? Does it correspond to NOC code 2174 (Computer
Programmers and Interactive Media Developers), or NOC code 2173
(Software Engineers), or both? 2173 seems more concerned with user
requirements and design, while 2174 focuses on implementation, and I am
doing both in my job. Is one code better than the other to use in the
long run?

Responsibilities description:

The System Developer position serves as a key team member to
facilitate the design, development, testing and implementation of new
content management technologies for state of [state name] higher education
communities through [company name]. The system developer builds
custom applications using Tomcat/Java in the Fedora Project environment.
The java applications are to deliver web content as
enterprise-scale web sites.

Thanks!
