Default Work Experience and Educational Qualification Points?

Hi All,
I was trying to self asses my points but I have a complicated situation
in regards to work experience. I started working Full time (not
including the internships) in US under OPT for an employer while
extending my graduation date for a semester to finish my thesis paper.
So for a semester I was enrolled and working on a OPT fulltime job with
an employer and 4 years since I am still with the same employer.
Now my question is that does my work experience starts from the date I
took the full time job or when I graduated ( a semester late ) ;
because if I go with the full time job starting date then I have
completed 4 years while a semester late is just 3 years and change.
So please advice.

Another inquiry is that I have finished my Bachelor's in Engineering
from a US University. I have more than 16 years of education as I did
12 years of schooling and then one year of Bachelor's in chemistry in
India (did not finish) and then came to USA to do my 4 years of
Bachelor's in Computer Engineering.
Now which one of the two do I get?

Obtained a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship
(other than university) and completed at least 15 years of full-time or
full-time equivalent studies.
OR
Obtained two or more university degrees at the bachelor's level and
completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent
studies.

Thanks for all the information

1. date you started working full time, as long as you can prove it.
2. Neither, you have 1 bachelor degree.

You have to read a little closer, it is in your reply
"Obtained a university degree of two years or more at the bachelor's
level and completed at least 14 years of full-time or full-time
equivalent studies"

You get 20 points.

Yes, it's pretty frustrating, those of us who have more than what they think
is the minimum number of years for a degree don't get any points credit for
that extra schooling. Who the heck get's a bachelor's in three years? But
that's the way it is...
