If your education is in English, you should have no problem getting the
required IELTS score. Go take it (it is not cheap though - about US$250).
Some non English native speaker applicants applied without the IELTS score
by claiming that their education was in English. The luckier ones were
asked to attend an interview where the interviewer assessed their English.
The unluckier ones were rejected in the initial stages.
