Wife change of status in USA, Do i need to notify?
I Have applied to CIC Buffalo as principle applicant in Februaruy
2004. I have not got AOR yet. My wife status was H4 untill then but yesterday she has got her H1B approval notice. Do i need to notify the CIC about her change of status in USA or not. Apreciate any advice Thankx in advance |

No need to notify anyone, as long as she is maintaining legal status.
