Well, any consulting company can have an "affiliated" arm in Canada.
That will enable them to recruit prospective immigrants abroad and file
their cases thru their branch office registered in Canada.
There is nothing inherently wrong with this model - as long as the firm is
honest, sincere and genuine.
Trouble starts when the recruiting becomes the main business and preparing a
good case and successfully obtaining the PR approval is only secondary.
Also, the kind of advertising WWICS is resorting to is only
counter-productive.
They have clearly exposed themselves as a cheap bodyshop, who are lying and
"cooking up" clients to advertise.
It can only hurt in the long run.
