Default which visa - if any ????

Hi,

I'm not sure if it's ok to ask such a specific question on here, but
here's a bit of info:

We would like to move permanently to Aus and don't think we qualify for
any visa (unless we find an employer and sponsor beforehand). For my
husbands career we need to be in Sydney.

My OH is a project manager for an investment bank but we have no idea
if his job could be classified as a 60 pointer from the ASCO
descriptions. If it can we can go as independant skilled. If it's 50
points that's no good. Anyone know where this role fits in? could it be
IT or finance manager??? Should we just have it assessed by several of
the bodies and see if/where its passed

We have a chunk of money to invest and I am keen to set up/buy a
business (having been an area manager in retail and f&B) but we do not
own a business now so can't apply for a business visa.

I guess what i'm asking for is any guidance. If we tried to sound out
our position with a migration agent how much would that cost for an
initial chat???

We are currently in singapore but are both UK citizens.

thanks

Sarah

If you email me for an assessment form I will undertake a professional
assessment of your case for $50 000 000 plus GST or free; whichever
you prefer.
