where to exchange china currency RMB yuan into Philippines Piso in philipine ?

Hi!

Just intend to visit Philipine cebu , it'said that china's yuan is fully convetible in Philipine nowadays,could anybody elaborate where to exchange china currency RMB yuan into Philippines Piso ?or simply do it over banks' counters at major high street banks/moneychangers?
normally where could I obtain better exchange rates for china yuan apart from going to choina town area?

I think that you are the victim of false information.

If you are passing through Hong Kong, a money-changer there (basement
of Chunking Mansions) could probably do what you want. Otherwise,
unless you can use an ATM card you should convert your RMB into
dollars, which of course can readily be exchanged in the Philippines.
