Default What should we do? feeling a bit concerned

We have submitted our 136 MODL app in May and we frontloaded the PPC`s
with it. I`m sitting here thinking that we had the PCC`s done back in
March and feeling a bit concerned.

The big question is, if we get a CO and our Meds have been sent ( being
done 17th Nov) and lets say we get a Visa in January/Feb ( with a bit of
LUCK) will be have to validate this before the March date when we got
our PCC`s done or if possible can we resubmit another PCC along with our
Meds and give us until say next Nov/Dec to validate the Visa

HELP!

You will have to validate before the PC's reach their 12 month
expiry date.

OMG! So it looks like no matter what happens we will have to validate
by the end of March?

I was sure that i had read it somewhere on the forum that it was
possible to submit a new PCC at a later stage thats why i was feeling a
bit concerned as we would have to organise this soon with the 40 day
waiting and the holiday period approaching fast.

I an now NOT feeling a bit concerned, i`m now REALLY concerned!

Can anyone else throw some light on this just to verify it.

They will tell you if the PCC is expiring and will allow you to submit
a new one. And usually give you enough time on an existing PCC to
validate it. Think thats why my app was sped up!
If you havent got a CO yet, could be worth just firing a new PCC to
them anyway.

My PCC is my limiting factor. I only got my visa last week and have to
make my initial entry on 8th Feb latest! It explicity states that the
date CANNOT move now. And infact that the entry date was set as soon as
i had a CO assigned.

Get new police checks to go in with the meds and you should be OK, esp
if you let your case officer know what you are doing and why. Once the
visa is issued with a validation date, iits a lot harder, nearly
imposible, to change it

This is exactly a case in point why they recommend not front loading,
you're now having to re-do everything so wasting your own time, the
police lot and then adding work for your case officer by adding
paperwork.

Hope works out okay!

47es for RSMS, is form 80 needed?

----------------------------------------------------------------------
----------

Not many going for RSMS so hope there's someone helpful out there??

We're just collecting all supporting paperwork together and whilst I've
now found police checks should be sent with 45es (nightmare as thought
they needed requesting first!) what about form 80?

I've re-read booklet 5 and can't seem to find anything that mentions it?

Thanks!
