by the end of next January, I will be 35, so I am anxious to know when
I can get the FN, I don't know when the ASPC acknowledge my
application, the day they receive my application documents or the day I
receive the FN

Hi Lorry,

When the application arrives at the ASPC a helpful clerk date stamps it.
Your date of receipt is then locked in. There have been some small problems
with date of receipt but nothing more than a day or two.

The relevant date is when it's received at DIMIA.
You may need to provide evidence of this, so I hope you used a courier
with a door-to-door tracking service.
