What are interesting professions for USA ?

Hello,
I'm French and i'm planning to immigrate to USA.
I'm looking for the professions they are eager to "import".
Would you know a web site listing these professions/skills ?

Nursing.

There is a shortage of nurses in the US and they are having to 'import'
them from overseas.

There are actually doctors in the Philippines who taking on courses to
train to be a nurse to get into the USA. (An Ear Nose & Throat
Consultant will typically only earn about $1000 USD per month - and they
can earn far more working as a nurse in the States). Their
qualifications as doctors are not recognized in the USA, so it is
quicker and less expensive to retrain as a nurse.
