News by Allen Wernick. http://www.nydailynews.com/10-29-2003/city_life/advice/wernick/ He tells the public about Mandamus Action, grandfathering under the Section 245(i) and explains what "I-485 Pending" means when written in your passport. I know that someone asked about that one recently.
