Default VSC address for N400

After finding a few things in the current Naturalization guide incorrect
(like the photos and the fees), I wanted to double check which address I
should be sending it to. After a search at the forums, I thought I would
ask someone:
A) from the website:
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Vermont Service Center
75 Lower Welden St.
Saint Albans, Vermont 05479-9400

B) from the Guide
Vermont Service Center
75 Lower Weldon Street
St. Albans, VT 05479-0001

C) address I found here
USINS Vermont Service Center
Attention N-400 Unit
75 Lower Weldon Street
St. Albans, VT 05479-0001

If there is another way to address this please let me know.

All three mailing addresses are the same, so any one you choose will
have your application ending up in the same place.

As for what to put at the top, I would think the USCIS website is the
most up-to-date, so go with A). All mailings going to the service
centers should have the number/name of the applications included on the
outside of the envelope (ie, "N-400") anyway so it doesn't really matter
in my opinion.

Thanks.

I was getting thrown off by the zip codes. Don't know why I get wound up
whenever I have to send things in.

Leave off the extra 4 digits if you want. I've never used them when
mailing to VSC. I'm assuming they are there to indicate the department
the envelope is to go to. But the package will be opened regardless and
directed to the correct department anyway.
