When you apply for subclass 136 you automatically apply for subclass 137
too (but not 134 - that's a different visa).
It's not compulsory to fill out the skill matching information if
applying for subclass 136, but you've nothing to lose by doing so.
Chances of any nomination are low, so make sure you have the points for
the regular visa.
If you were interested in a state nomination, then visit the websites of
the participating states (SA, Vic and Tas) to see their skill shortage
lists.
