visa problems
i am a uk citizen my husband is a us citizen we got married june this year i had to travel back to the uk without him as i had a family crisis now his stuck in the us im in the uk we are both miserable but are having trouble finding what visa to get him if we get the spouse one can my brother sponser him as i clim public funds or do we get him a fiance one and get married again over here we just dont know how togo about it and its doing our heads in please help us
