Default Visa overstay

First time to forum.... Hi everyone!

I visisted the US on VWP and overstayed. I know stupid but there you go..... Now I am back in the UK and about to get married to my UK boyfriend. Obviously changing my name on my passport to that of my married name, will this new name flag up at the port of entry to the US? With me overstaying were my kids but they are not changing their names, so will this flag them up upon entry again? My soon to be husband has an H!B visa valid until 2008 and starts his new job in Oct.

Thanks for any advice you can give.

The system will pick up this only if your passport number is still the same. The system identifies you by the passport number and not the name. Hope this helps!!
