Vermont update for delayed I-129f.

Hello all. Finally got the I-129f approved on 10-27-03.

Original submission date was 4-14-03.
I was sent a request for correction on 8-5-03 (I sent in copies of signature
pages and not originals, not sure what I was thinking, I had the originals
on hand). I wish it did not take four months for them to tell me I made a
mistake.
They recieved the corrections 8-14-03. Received approval 10-27-03, about 6
months after sending the files in the first time. So much for the Vermont
2-4 week turn around time.

My question now is what happens next? Does the paperwork go through anymore
USA approvals, or do they send it off to Kiev (she is from Odessa, Ukraine)?
What do I need to do to open a provisional file with Kiev (similar to what
people did with Warsaw earlier).
