Default Vaccination Supplement --- Help needed

If one enters the US with a K-1 visa, having completed the medical
examination less than one year ago, does one still have to get a
vaccination supplement when filling for AOS?

The person I'm asking
this for is from China, she doesn't have any document proving that her
medical examination took place. If she doesn't have any vaccination
records, or if they are not in English, what is she supposed to do?
Should she try to get a vaccination supplement anyway, or could she send
her AOS package without it and wait to see if she'll be required the
vaccination supplement?

Thanks!

M.

Hey there:)

Again I am not sure, some
people say it is enough with the vaccination suplement given to the
foreign spouse at the medical, and others says you need a new
vaccination suplement, I don't know what gives!. I bet the USCIS knows
she had a medical exam in China because of the big brown envelope:),

Hey:)
I am sorry I can't
help anymore!
I am adjusting pretty well, I lived here before for almost
2 years so I know the area very good:), I love Colorado, It is so sunny
and beautiful!! I wouldn't trade it for anything!
I miss my family, pets
and Spain like crazy, I call them every day though:), I love them all so
much! I can't wait to see them again!
Thanks for asking!!

PS: I love
the the cat in your picture!:)

She does not need one more fisical exam, but she needs to have her
Vaccinations done.
It is not neccesary to file the vaccinations applying
for AOS together with other papers, but it is better to have them during
the AOS Intervew, even if they will not ask to bring them in the
invitation letter.
When we received the invitation letter for the
Intervew there was not stated to bring vaccinations supplement, but
during the Intervew the officer asked for them anyway. So it depends on
the officer. Some ask for that, some don't. Our officer seemed to be
afraid to forget any paper, and asked for EVERYTHING!. So I was glad I
had my vaccinations with me.
According to the laws I needed TD, MMR and
Varicella(chicken pox). But I said the Civil Surgeon I already had the
chicken pox in my childhood, which he believed. So I just needed two of
them.
