She does not need one more fisical exam, but she needs to have her
Vaccinations done.
It is not neccesary to file the vaccinations applying
for AOS together with other papers, but it is better to have them during
the AOS Intervew, even if they will not ask to bring them in the
invitation letter.
When we received the invitation letter for the
Intervew there was not stated to bring vaccinations supplement, but
during the Intervew the officer asked for them anyway. So it depends on
the officer. Some ask for that, some don't. Our officer seemed to be
afraid to forget any paper, and asked for EVERYTHING!. So I was glad I
had my vaccinations with me.
According to the laws I needed TD, MMR and
Varicella(chicken pox). But I said the Civil Surgeon I already had the
chicken pox in my childhood, which he believed. So I just needed two of
them.

China, she doesn't have any document proving that her medical
examination took place. If she doesn't have any vaccination records, or
if they are not in English, what is she supposed to do? Should she try
to get a vaccination supplement anyway, or could she send her AOS
package without it and wait to see if she'll be required the vaccination
supplement?
