us family visa
hi
i have applied for usa family visa and completed our interviews too. the problem is in past i was contested for local elections and there was some clashes and my name was as an accused. but in our visa apply i didnt mentioned it hence my question is: Can USCIS search about that? and if found positive will our family visas rejected? pls. help i am in trouble. thanks jacky |
