Hi all,
I went for a interview yesterday at the US Embassy London. After waiting for approx 3 hours I was able to enter the US embasy (Queues, Security Checks).
After having my finger and thumb scanned I was asked to wait for my interview. After waiting 1 to 1:30 hrs I was called for the interview. SHe asked lots of questions as I was willing to see my Uncle in States and I am on a work Permit here in the UK, was on a student visa since 2004. After asking questions like she is missing a flight to the free heaven paradise she said that I am accepting your application but it has to go through some administrative process. She told me watch out for the email as the US consulate in London will email me when and how to post my passport back to them for the visa.
Does anybody know about the administrative processing? What does that means in terms of time!!!!
Is there any possibility that they might refuse me on the grounds on anything!!!
Does anybody have gone through same process, Please if you would like to share your experience it would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Its to let you all know that who ever wants to change his/her address during the admin process can do so. I emailed them and there first response was that they will delete the email without reading it but after 4 hours I got a reply telling me the address has been updated and the we are still waiting for the clearence from DOS (Department of State)..
I have also tried to call the USvisas in WaS DC and they said its still under processing. Anybody who has just been cleared of the admin processing, please could share the experience.
