Default Unconditional greencard without interview

Does anyone have reliable information of a case being transfered to the
CSC when a couple has already been married two years?

LP - exactly what info are you looking for?

We were in this exact spot. Hubby got his unconditionl card withOUT an
interview. His case was supposed to be handled here in NY but instead,
it got transfered to CSC.

This is exactly the information I am looking for. I have indications
that this may be happening. But it is counterintuitive to the way CIS
operates. I find it hard to believe that they will issue an
unconditional ten year green card.

I want to believe! Thanks for the information.

LP ¢â¬â what a torture it was. :frown:

Well ¢â¬â it seemed like torture at the time but it really
wasn¢â¬â¢t now that I look back. All a part of the process really.
Just sucks is all. USCIS case loads on pretty much every front is out
of control huge so the wait always seem like torture.

See here http://britishexpats.com/forum/showthread.php?t32357 for a
bit more detail on our case ¢â¬â hubby¢â¬â¢s case. (-:
