Hi,

4 months ago, I was granted with a Spouse visa (sub class 820) - 1st
stage-Temporary residency (Class UK provisional resident P). In
September I'm planning to visit my family in Europe. Does anyone know,
am I allowed to travel since I'm still waiting for the Permanent
Residency on my visa, which usualy takes 2 years? Do I need to fill out
the RRV form?

I will also take my (at that time 1 year) child, that was born in
Australia. Will I need a some sort of consent from my husband
(Australian citizen) that I can take our son with me?

Any information will help, since calling Immigration Department is a
nightmare (nobody answers)

Hi Monika.

Don't know about your son, but look at the visa in your passport. Does
it have a line somwhere that says Multiple Travel? If it does then you
are free to come and go as you like. You don't need an RRV.
