Default Travel after 2nd NOA

I know this question has been asked a thousand times before but I want
to ask it again for some peace of mind.

My fiance and I saw the 2nd NOA from Nebraska on line on December 12th
(hooray!!!) so we've only a few months to go but being lovesick fools,
we'd like to be together for a week before then.

I have visited twice since we put the application in and there were
few problems. Although I did need to show the proof of my intent to
return to the UK on the second visit - the excellent advice in here
suggested I bring along my employment contract and evidence of a
house.

Now our application is winging its way to the NVC am I more likely to
get refused entry at the POE?

Has anyone tried to travel after their 2nd NOA and if so, what were
your experiences?

Thanks in advance and sorry for asking this question again!

Hi Dom,

I travelled whilst in possession of my Packet 3, from the Embassy
in London, does that count?! LOL

I was asked just one question: "What was the purpose of my trip?"

I told them that I had my packet from the Embassy with me and that I was
over here to plan my wedding; no more questions were asked.

My passport was stamped for the full 90 days and I skidded through BWI
in record time!! (Still my best experience yet)!! LOL

Good luck to you.

Best wishes

Tam

Tam,
Thanks for that.
I thought as much.. After my last trip, I am just being paranoid. I
like the wedding planning reason - although ours is pretty much done,
we still need to sort out a few things.
Thanks again.
Dom
