TRA Refused! - Broadcast Transmitter Operator

Hubby was refused. It says:

Designated Occupation Not accepted..

Training and Work experience not equal to any occupation assessed by
tra.

we nominated Broadcast transmitter operator....

they said hubby best fit as sound technician....
