Default Tourist Visa / Criminal Record

I will be visiting England and Ireland in December for 10 days. I have only one item on my criminal record...DUI. Will there be any problems trying to get into England or Ireland?

Thanks in advance for the help.

nobody is going to look at your criminal record. I assume you are from the US? Your "tourist visa" is automatic, you just need your passport. Your criminal record would come into play if you we're trying to immigrate.

Have fun on your vacation!

A DUI is also not likely to effect any visa application if the stay was to be longer.

Visa policy for UK is easy as comparable to past but there are also now some restrictions to get visa including criminal report by the regional police officer.
