Also, I guess your agents have so much more experience than us, after
all, that is what we pay them for?!

Our agent told us that its so we dont spend anymore money if further
info is required. We waiting until we thought we were going to get a co
and sent off the pcc's as we could afford to lose ���£20 and it would
save time when the request came through. But he said up to ���£800 for
meds is a lot of money if anything is queried on the app and its knocked
back. Therefore doing it for our benefit. which is understandable.

Exactly! Mind you it's easy to lose sight of that when impatience
kicks in!!
