Default Told by agents NOT to front load meds??!!

Been told categorically by our agent not to frontload meds? Anyone else
been in same boat? They say that forms constantly changing and not to do
it? From reading on lots of forums, plenty of people have done this.
Obviously, I will have to heed the advice of my agent...... can anyone
shed any light on this? I wish I could put the dream on the back-burner,
but it is impossible! 1-2-3- and breathe!!!

Hiya Posh *lol*
we frontloaded ours i think the reason they dont like it is because you
only get 12 months to validate from date of Meds or PCC so if you do
them 1 month after applying and it takes a further 9 months to get the
visa you end u with 2 months to validate IYKWIM

We frontloaded due to unusual situation. but the agent told us to wait
until we had a case number that they could quote on the docs before
sending them off. All it meant was they went a couple of weeks behind
the main application.

There was nowhere on the docs to write the case number.

Our agent has said best to wait until we are assigned C.O. but can
frontload if we wish. He said that its to save us losing money if we go
ahead and get meds done and then there is a problem with the app...its a
lot of money to lose....my cousin who has an application in (using a
different agent) has been told the same thing.

We were told by our agent not to frontload the meds, but we went ahead
and did it anyway. Timing is important, our meds were requested by the
CO the week they arrived in Sydney so couldn't have been much better.

Ummm, the agent and the medical centre handled that bit so I don't know
what they did!
