Timeline for I-751
Hi, Everyone. I'm about filing the form and collecting evidences. I have few questions.
1) How long does it really take to get the green card on your hand? 2) How much evidence is enough? I mean, my husnband and I have a daughter who was just born in Aug, 2007. We have birth certificate as well. We have tax returns upto 2007. 3)Do we really need to get two persons's signtures for evidence to prove of our marriage? IF anyone can help these questions, I appreciate. Thanks |
