Not really. It doesn't matter if you register your Romanian based or US
based company as extra-Provincial corporation or if you incorporate brand
new independent company in Canada - none of those actions in itself will
provide you with work permit or "temporary stay permit". I suggest you check
with CIC website to see what are the requirements for any kind of Canadian
visa or permit.
