Of course, the well known one is in Marais in the 4th....but, I've
come across another with the exact name on the left bank in the 13th
(near the Latin Quarter). Both are 2* properties. Are they related,
or am I reading multiple misprints at several hotel sites?

According to my May 2003 yellow pages, there are indeed two hotels called
"Grand Hôtel Jeanne d'Arc", one in the Marais in the 4th (3, rue Jarente)
and one in the 13th (43 bd. St Marcel). I do not know if they are related.
