Default The whole I601 waiver thingy....

As most are aware, I had my K1 interview in London on December 18th and
needed to file a waiver for a 2 year overstay.

Today, exactly 4 weeks after the interview, I received a letter in the
mail telling me my waiver had been approved and I can collect my visa
whenever I want to.

I guess what I'm trying to say is.....I GOT MY VISA DAMMIT!!!!!!!

Thanks so much to everyone on here for their support and patience. I
would name names as far as special thanks but I hope these people
know who I mean. The ones that have been there when I had bad days,
the ones that insist I be positive when I was sure it would never
happen, the ones that follow dodgy Spanish football teams....the list
goes on and on.

Also, many many thanks to Mr Folinsky and Matt Udall.

They bring so much to this NG and are maybe sometimes taken for granted,
yet they are one of the big reasons that so many come here, a voice of
reason in this very unreasonable experience.

Blinkin' marvellous Chazza. Jolly well done.

When are you heading off? Are you going out to celebrate? Don't lose
the envelope!

Wow!!! Congratulations Chuckie, I was just wondering when they'd get
around to issuing your waiver & visa

I nearly skipped over this post as I don't know much about I601's. I
thought it would be a question; only read it coz it was posted by you.
It's not exactly a "shouting from the rooftops" post, hey? Good
for you though and thanks for letting us know.

So glad that you are finally at the end of this stage and will be
travelling out soon. Congrats again and safe trip!!
