Default Thanks to the Minister. Applied April 2002, Scored 72 and got interview waiver

Hey Guys

I applied for PR at Buffalo in April 2002 and today I got my initial
assessment, including interview waiver and request to do medicals
within 60 days.

By the way, my score is 72.

So, I guess they are serious about this new 67 passmark.

Good Luck ,

Stranger

Hi Stranger,

Did you score 72 according to your own calculation or was it stated in
your assessment letter from Buffalo?

thanks

Are you from native English country or not. If not did you submit IELTS.

Hi

The letter didn't mention anything about my score. I just did the self-
evaluation test at cic site and calculated my score.

I am not from a native speaking country. But, I have been in USA for
more than 6 years; I also had Masters and Ph.D. from USA. I sent them a
letter few months ago justifying my english skills. I didn't take the
IELTS test and they didn't ask for it.

Hope this helps
