Default Taxi travel from London Aiports to city centre.

Did you know that it is possible to travel from London Airport to the
centre of town at up to 50% of the cab fare charged by the black cabs
on the forecourt? The secret lies in booking in advance with a licensed
cab service which is generally known as a "mini cab" service.
These are now licensed by the Mayor of London's office, and are
safer than the ticket touts who may accost you whilst charging
vertiginous prices.
With a pre-booked mini cab you are assured of being greeted at the
arrivals desk by a driver with your name on a board who will drive you
to your hotel.
One such firm is Prime Cars. They are open 24hrs/7 days a week, and
their charges are quite reasonable.Based in North-West London, they
collect pre-booked passengers from all of London's airports to
addresses in the centre of town.
It is best to book by telephone(+44)0207 485 2000 or Fax+44)0207
428 0333.
Let them know when your plane is landing, what the flight number is ,
how many people are in your party, your name, your London address, and
how much luggage you are carrying. They will then quote you a price.
You can also e-mail them at
    :,SUBJECT:Internet Airport Booking, although
this takes a bit longer, as your reply will take a couple of days. They
also drive you around town, and drive you back from your hotel to the
airport.

Even better avoid spammers at all costs and do NOT use
any service that spams newsgroups in this way
