Taxi Rates at LHR

Would appreciate any info on taxi rates at LHR.
What would the approx. fare be from T4 to the Holiday Inn-Ariel , ( Old
Posthouse hotel ) Bath Rd, Hayes. Have used the Hotel Hoppa buses in
the past but if 2 people are travelling together ,the extra time saved,
might be worth the difference in price.

A taxi from T2 to the Sheraton Skyline on the Bath Road recently was about 8
quid. Would be a bit more from T4, I should imagine.

Taxi from T2 to the Travelodge (in same vicinity to the Sheraton) cost me
£12 last year.
It was £10 before we actually left the airport perimiter.
