Default STNI or SIR

Dear friends,
I wrote to Victoria that I am a Mechanical Engineer with 4
years degree course (also attached my C.V.)& have also got my skills
assessed through TRA as “General Mechanical Engineering Tradesperson
with ASCO code : 4111-11 & I also score 110 points, so please suggest
wheather I can get STNI or SIR,
Now they have send me the STNI form to
be filled & have written that it appears that my skills are in demand &
I can apply for STNI. Now I am confused as what to do coz the ASCO code:
4111-11 is nowhere listed in their demand list. Now if I fill their form
of STNI , it will take around 8 to 12 weeks for them to decide & may be
after that they will say that since my ASCO code is not listed in their
demand list, I am not illegible. Then again I will have to start the
process of SIR from the start.. Though Mechanical Engineers are listed
in their demand list but my ASCO code is not their.
Please , can anyone
suggest.
Thanks in advance.
JASPAL SINGH.
