i never heard anything about a fc-029 - is that a newly invented form?
how long ago did your friends friend sent out the i129f paperwork? you
should download the i129f from
http://uscis.gov/ under forms
and fees and read the instructions carefully. it will tell you what all
you need to send in. in case you use a lawyer just ask him.

interesting. it cannot hurt to put your old alien number there. in later
paperwork (affidavit of support i believe) you need to put in your
naturalization number. so possibly the a number expires after you went
through naturalization. you could just give ins/bcis/uscis (what is the
right name for it now???) a phone call and ask them about that.

yes, you need to include the last address outside of the us for more
than a year as it does not ask for a certain time period. in my case i
just put the same address i put in the last 5 years field. my wife (then
fiancee) put in "N/A" in the last address outside of us for more than a
year as she never lives outside of the us that long.
