Default starting defacto applications

hello, well I have finally began by defacto visa application. I have a
question though. I need someone in Canada to write a stat dec saying we
were subleasing there for a time. Does anyone know what form to use or
whether a written and signed statement is enough?
PS-how long does the whole application thing take?

I would use what ever form you are using for you other stat decs and
have someone sign it over there with authority to do so.. e.g. Police,
lawyer etc.

My parents decs from the UK where simply letters.. but I did have them
say some standard words that are on a stat dec and have it signed by a
solicitor.

Hopefully someone else will notice this thread for you now!
