Hi,We have ben waiting for a stat dec to arrive from aust,but not got it
and wondered if we can send off the rest of the visa and when it turns
up,send it ? (is going to london) lorri

I'm assuming you have other Stat Decs to send with the application? IF
so, I'd go ahead & send it in anyway - I had one outstanding, and gave
up in the end. By the time the person got round to doing it the visa had
been granted. I had about 5 others I think.

How many have you got?

I had 2 but was waiting on a 3rd one. I sent the application off anyway
and thought, least I'd have the spare one should they require more
documentation. I also had 3 letters from English friends and family.

I only have the one so far,but do have a few letters from friends over
here.Does anyone know what happens if you are missing any of the stuff
they ask for when they get it,Do they ask for it or sent the lots back?
It is going to London.

I think it does ask for 2 Stat Decs so in my own personal preference, I
waited for the 2 to come to me. I also waited for the police clearance.
The meds are making their way direct from the Drs and should get there
tomorrow as well.

If the letters are writtenlike Stat Decs, about your rel'ship, you might
be OK. If the Stat Dec is on its way though, I'd wait for it. If its a
case that the person hasn't done it yet and you want to file the
application then the worst that will happen is that DIMA will write to
you requesting more info.
