No, there is no way you can get your spouse to Canada without you first
moving here for good, establishing your residency here, getting a job, etc.
and then sponsoring her. You may try to get another visitor visa for her,
but it is highly unlikely that you'll get it. As you see using Canada as a
second choice has it's disadvantages.
