First of all - you cannot sponsor anyone yet. In order to be eligible to
sponsor parents you must first meet minimum income requirement reached after
becoming a PR and within 12 months or less prior to application to be
approved as a sponsor. Your spouse can be a co-signer though.
1. Go to CIC website and all info is there.
2. Note that it will take about a year just to have your application to
sponsor approved in Canada. Then about 2 to 5 years for parents' PR
application
3. Yes, it may. Their admission with current visas may be affected and most
likely any future visitor visas will be harder to get.
4. You need to follow instructions for each country they lived in for 6
months or longer since their 18th birthday
