Sponsor my brother family

Hi guys,

I was wondering if my mother who is Canadian citizenship can sponsor my
bother family to immigrate to Canada? He and his wife are in mid of 30s
and have 3 kids.

Sorry, not possible unfortunately. The only benefit they would enjoy is a 5
point bonus for having a close relative living permanently in Canada.
