Hi,

In the schedule 1 ¡°Background/Declaration¡±, the ¡°Personal
history¡± requires give details of what you have been doing during the
past 10 years. Do I require list detail responsibilities of my job
here? Can I attach a paper for it, as there is no much space left?

I
can get the Singapore police certification only after I present a
letter from immigration office to request it. I noticed that Appendix B
of Buffalo immigration office document provides some forms for it. Do I
require filling them, signing it and sending out with all my other
documents?
