Default Social support

Hi all,
I would like to ask you, especially lawyers, about social support. I
spent a week in a hospital, after releasing from the hospital, I have
to follow up treatment with specialist and unable to work at least 3-4
moths, I am in financial dificulty . Am I eligible to get financial
support from the government ?

Thank you in advance.

Tim
