Should there be a league table for Agents?

Just a thought and although this won't help me it might help others to
decide which Agent to use.
We have used an agent, who is doing a fantastic job, on the grounds of
'word of mouth' and to this date still don't know what their success
rate is in getting people visas.
Should MARA put together a league table of agents?
If anyone has any idea if this is already done please let me know
otherwise can it be a viable proposition?
