Default Sending application now, English test later

Hi,

Does someone know whether I can send my PR application first, and add
the English test results ( IELTS ) later on ?
If so, what do you think should be filled in the application about the
English level ?
I realy hope to get 7 in all of the bands, but you can never know ...
I thought it might be a good idea to send with the application some
academic material I have written in English, to show my level.

Does anyone have experience with a similar situtation ?

Thanks.

Yes, you may submit IELTS result later, as long as it reaches visa post
prior to the assessment of your case, so don't take too long.

But regardless - you must submit proof of your proficiency in English and/or
French with your application anyway, or it will be returned. Thus you need
to submit acceptable substitute evidence now if you want to submit IELTS
later.

hello there,
I was
told I HAD to submit my IELTS results with the application and the rest
of my documents. 5 days after I recieved the results, I submitted my
apprication for PR. About 5 months later (actually, a week short of 5
months) I received my passport with my PR visa. So I'd say, just follow
the instructions carefully. There are no shortcuts here.

Hi agree with the strategy of playing safe and do exactly what is said.
However, I just want to save time until I get my IELTS back.
I also afraid from a sudden change to the passmark.

Rushing with application won't protect you from change in pass mark. Law is
clear - you must meet all selection criteria that are in place (including
pass mark) not only at time of application but also at the time visa is
issued. So, if you apply now with let's say 69 points and pass mark goes up
to 70 before your process is concluded you will be refused anyway. There is
no "lock-in date" for meeting the pass mark anymore, sorry.
