Default Send Passport AGAIN

I send my passport to Buffalo like 4 month ago, and Buffalo stamped it
and returned it to my attoney a week later, but my attoney never receive
it. now I faxed to Buffalo and tell them my passport was lost during the
delivery, and Buffalo ask me to get a new passport and send it again.

My question is: since my passport was lost in the mail last time when
Buffalo send it to my attoney in Canada. is it possible to ask them to
mail it directly to me since I am in USA, so the mail does not need to
cross the border. ( The online address is still my attoney's address in
Canada)

Many thanks.

Yes, you can ask that it be sent directly to you.
