Dear Ms./ Sir,
Enclosed please find a JOINT I-751 petition for removal of conditions on
conditional resident status regarding my husband (Name). Please also
find a check number ________ for $ 200.00, the fee for this form. My
husband entered the U.S. on a CR-1 visa. We are happily living together
and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on
the residence of my husband (Name)
Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status
of our marriage and ongoing relationship.
Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
Copy of Permanent Resident Card of (Name), front and back.
Copy of Social Security Cards of (Husband’s Name) and (Wife’s Name)
front and back.
Copy of Driver’s Licenses of (Husband’s Name) and (Wife’s Name),
front and back.
Copy of Passport of (Husband’s Name) And (Wife’s Name), showing
change of Name. Photocopy of first page and last page of passport
stating Name change.

Name).

Name).
· Your credit card in both (Husband’s Name) and (Wife’s Name).

· Your (other) credit card in both our Name’s.
Copy of Ticket stub of our trip to (Place).in

and relationship.

In this economy I was concerned that it would be difficult to find a job in my field. Many websites promised to have a large database of employers but rarely delivered. When I found Employment Crossing I was given direct access to employers rather than having to go through a recruiter.
