ROLF paying in advance

Well guys I need suggestions regarding paying ROLF in advance. I have
just done medical and submitted few other required documents to
consulate in LA.

Till now they haven't asked me for for ROLF( Right of Landin Fee),
although they have waived my interview. Can I pay it in advance? Will
it save my processing time?

I really appreciate your suggestions.

You can pay it now and save perhaps 2 months processing time.

Well guys, updated ROLF is $490 each person. I filled my application
at Buffalo. Now my file has been transfered to LA office. So where
do I send ROLF, at Buffalo or to LA office or, there is some other
address where we need to send ROLF.
