Default ROLF Details please...

Hi...

I am about to make the payment of ROLF to CHC. haev completed my
medicals last week, & my interview is scheduled in LA on 5th Apil. MY
question is regarding ROLF.

1) ROLF of CAD $ 975/- is to be paid by the
Principal Applicant only or by it is to be paid for all dependents
also.?

2) If it is to be paid by all dependents, then can I make 1
Draft for the Total Amount (CAD $ 1950/-) for me & my spouse ?

3) The
Bank Draft is to be made favouring "Receiver General of Canada", payable
at Canada. Is this correct...? just want to be sure.

Can anyone guide
me regarding this please.

Jats

You must pay for your self and your spouse. Make the bank draft (in
Canadian dollars) payable to "Receiver General for Canada".
