We were given about 90 days to respond to our RFE (August 29th was the
date of the RFE, we had until November 21st to respond)...after that
they are supposed to decide on the petition whether or not they have
heard from you.

The date is included in the RFE letter. If you have a copy or can get one
the answer is there.
